Help! Migration to Office 365 from G Suite

I recently decided to use the services of Office 365 as everyone around me is doing it. But I need to do it for 10 mailboxes.
I found ,but it is a manual method and I am not a technical person.
Can anyone help me to do this in a non-technical way ?
